Invitation to Northern Ireland Gymnastics Clubs to attend the British Gymnastics National Conference and Awards 2012
The 2012 Club Conference and Awards will take place on the 9th and 10th June at the International Conference Centre, Telford and will have an Olympic theme with the aim of building momentum towards London 2012. Our motto will follow the Olympic motto, ‘faster, higher, stronger’. Although there is an Olympic theme, the focus of the conference will remain ‘club development’ aiming to support clubs to grow and develop. Peter Vidmar (pictured below), the highest scoring Amercian gymnast in history is the key note speaker at the Awards. Peter is bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from both competing and working at the Olympics. The focus around him coming is to share this with clubs and help them to prepare and maximise the benefits the games is going to bring. For further details about Peter Vidmar click here.
